Fees
The fee system provided by the Payp platform offers flexibility and transparency for all our users. We give you the option to choose who will pay the fees for using our service, making interaction with our payment gateway as convenient and understandable as possible. This gives you complete control over the process, allowing you to select the conditions that best suit your business and preferences.
Incoming Payment Fee — 0%
Payp takes pride in not charging any fees for incoming payments. You won’t encounter any additional charges or hidden fees when receiving funds through our service. This applies to both regular transactions and transfers between users within the system. This means that the funds you receive remain completely intact.
There are also no fees for outgoing transfers within the system. You can freely transfer funds to other users without incurring additional costs.
However, for outgoing transfers to external crypto wallets or exchanges, a small fee of 0.4% will be charged. This fee covers the costs associated with maintaining our service.
Fee Payment Setup
One of the useful features of Payp is the ability to configure who will pay the transaction fees. In the settings section of your project or invoice (if the invoice is created manually), you can choose one of two options:
Fee Paid by the Customer: In this case, the amount specified in the invoice will be increased by the fee amount charged for processing the payment. Therefore, the customer will pay the fee in addition to the main payment amount. This allows the seller to avoid additional costs.
Fee Paid by the Seller: In this case, the invoice amount remains unchanged. This is convenient if you want your customers to avoid additional charges and only pay for the goods or services.
Example (Fee Paid by the Customer):
Suppose you create an invoice for 100 USD in the USDT TRC20 network. If the "Fee Paid by the Customer" option is selected, the customer will be required to pay 100.4 USDT TRC20, which includes the service fee.
Transfer Fee
We differentiate ourselves by offering no transfer fees on the Payp platform. Transfer fees are additional charges that some crypto payment processors impose. This policy allows you to conduct transactions without unnecessary costs, making the process even more convenient and advantageous for all parties.
Network Fee
The network fee is an additional charge levied for processing a transaction on the blockchain. These fees are not part of the payment charged by Payp. They are set by miners or validators in the chosen blockchain network and are automatically calculated when sending the transaction. In some cases, services may allow users to manually adjust the network fee to speed up or slow down the transaction processing.
It is very important for buyers to consider the network fee when making a transfer. If the fee has not been accounted for and fully paid, this may result in a partial payment of the invoice. In such cases, it is important to remember that the remaining amount will need to be paid to successfully complete the transaction.
When withdrawing funds from the balance to an external crypto wallet, a network fee will also be charged, which the merchant (user of the Payp service) will have to pay. This fee is paid directly when withdrawing the funds and is mandatory for the successful transfer of funds.
Thus, Payp ensures transparency and flexibility in fee configuration, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your needs while managing fee-related costs according to the needs of your business and clients.
